Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of both genders aged between 18 to 60 years Ulcer area between 3 to 200 cm2 Grade 2 to 5(according to Bates Jensen wound assessment tool) Granulation tissue 0 to 100 percent Grade 3 to 5 Depth of ulcers (grade 1 to 5) Diabetic patient(Blood glucose level less or equal 350 mg per dl) Type I and II Diabetes mellitus with Glycosylated Hb (HbA1C) level less or equal to 10 percent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient less than 18 years and more than 60 years Blood glucose level more than 350 mg per dl Glycosylated Hb (HbA1C) level more than 10 percent Pregnant Women Immunocompromised patient
