Health Condition 1: null- Cervical spodylotic myelopathy patients not responding to medical management ,American Society of Anaesthesiologists-Physical Status I & II

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex aged 18-60 yr, ASA grade I, II posted for cervical spine fixation(elective) surgery under general anaesthesia (GA)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Unwilling and uncooperative patient. b. Patient with severe respiratory, cardiovascular, renal diseases. c. Haemodynamically unstable patient. d. ASA grade III and IV. e. Patients on medication like ACE inhibitor, alpha- antagonist and long term use of benzodiazepine and tricyclic antidepressant. f. Comatose patient. g. Patient requiring emergency cervical spine surgery. h. Any type of A-V block, severe bradycardia.
