Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children aged 2-8 years with kidney disease like wilms tumour,nephroblastoma ,pelviureteric junction obstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergy or hypersensitivity to dexamethasone, emergency procedure, prematurity, children with developmental delay, mental retardation or upper respiratory tract infection, history of oral or inhaled steroid intake in previous 6 months, diabetes mellitus

Timepoint: every hour for 4 h and at 8 h, 12 h and 24 h.
