Inclusion criteria: Informed Written Consent for Participation In Study Age: 40 To 80 Years Patient Undergoing Abdominal Hysterectomy Gender: Female ASA Physical Status Ð?, Ii & Iii BMI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients Refusing Consent BMI >30 Kg/M2 Age >80 Years Peripheral Neuropathy Allergy to Local Anesthetics ASA Physical Status > Iii History of Acid Peptic Disease Hypersensitivity to Any Component of Patch or Injection. Contraindications of Regional Anesthesia Local Site Infection Coagulation Disorder Previous Nerve Injury Psychiatry Illness Uncoperative Patient.
