Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Faciomaxillary surgeries Bimaxillary Orthognathic Surgeries Maxillomandibular Fixation and intermaxillary fixation Nasal/NOE fractures or nasal pack Skull base fracture +/- CSF rhinorrhea Elective surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gunshot injuries Inadequete mouth opening Bleeding Diathesis GCS Need for long term post op. airway maintainance ( not more than 7 days ) Incision site infection Cervical spine instability
