Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of any age having Adverse drug reactions due to medications prescribed in psychiatry department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not having adverse drug reactions or having adverse drug reactions due to medications other than prescribed in psychiatry department.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate causality, severity, preventability, cost-analysis of the drugs causing ADR in Psychiatry department.Timepoint: In morning OPD hours and in evening round ( 3days per week)for 1 year duration.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To know about the incidence rate ,vigilance impact and economic burden cause due to ADRs.Timepoint: In morning OPD hours and in evening round ( 3days per week)for 1 year duration.
