Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of any age having Adverse drug reactions due to medications prescribed in psychiatry department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not having adverse drug reactions or having adverse drug reactions due to medications other than prescribed in psychiatry department.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
To evaluate causality, severity, preventability, cost-analysis of the drugs causing ADR in Psychiatry department.Timepoint: In morning OPD hours and in evening round ( 3days per week)for 1 year duration.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
To know about the incidence rate ,vigilance impact and economic burden cause due to ADRs.Timepoint: In morning OPD hours and in evening round ( 3days per week)for 1 year duration.	—
