Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Health care providers â?? Residents (DM residents, SR Pediatric residents & junior residents likely to work in NICU for more than 3 months) and staff nurses who routinely work and care for neonates in the NICU will be included for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other staff not in direct contact with the babies in NICU
