To evaluate the linear relationship between Hurria toxicity prediction score and actual occurrence of grade 3-4 toxicity in the study cohort of elderly patientsTimepoint: 36 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess Clinician accuracy in predicting grade 3-5 toxicity and recording the dose reductions/ modifications pre-emptively; To assess the toxicities of different chemotherapy regimes with cumulative doses in the elderly patients. Timepoint: 36 months
