Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with bilateral palmar and or plantar psoriasis almost similar lesions involving more than 30 percentage of area of palms and or soles 2 patients not on any systemic or topical antipsoriatic threrapy for atleast 1 month prior to study except bland emolients 3 age more than or equal to 14 yrs 4 biopsy proven diagnosis of palmar/plantar psoriasis 5 patients willing to undergo the procedure 6 women were included only if willing to avoid conception during and for 3 months subsequent to the conclusion of study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lactating females, patients with haematological or hepatic disorders, those on pacemakers and children less than fourteen years were not included in the study.
