Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those patients specimen were submitted for blood culture during the period from Jan 2011 to Mar 2015 to the Microbiology lab at the site hospital and were analyzed as positive culture with antibiotic sensitivity pattern of the organisms by Kirby Bauerâ??s disk diffusion method on Mueller Hinton Agar plate will be included

Exclusion criteria: Those patients does not have positive blood culture

To see the Procalcitonin,CRP, different inflamatory marker level in Gram positive, Gram negative and fungal blood stream infection with systemic and localized blood stream infection. 2. To see the Procalcitonin and CRP level in systemic and localized blood stream infection. 3. To see the level of different inflammatory factor in patients with blood stream infection.
