Intervention1: Cow urine Ark add on to hydrochlorothiazide: 10 ml 12 hourly for 3 months
Control Intervention1: Hydrochlorothiazide: 12.5 mg 24 hourly for 3 months

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Patients of both the genders aged 18 to 60 . • White blood cell count and serum creatinine level within normal range • Urine analysis consistent with absence of infection • Negative urine culture • No history of fever in last 7 days • Ability to tolerate oral fluids and pain medication • Renal calculi size between 8 - 12 mm visible on USG • Ability to make informed medical decisions regarding consent • Willingness for follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Pregnant women • Patient taking calcium therapy • Size of stone >12 mm on USG • History of any substance abuse • Obstuctive Uropathy • Patient with Renal malignancy • Patient Living with HIV AIDS(PLHA) • Metabolic Disorders (Hyper-thyroidism, hyper-parathyroidism) • Patients who is not convenient for follow up • Evidence of Hydronephrosis on USG • Active Urinary Tract Infection
