dexmedetomidine before starting anaesthesia and continued till extubation during laparoscopic procedures.: give bolus

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients belonging to ASA 1&2 and well controlled hypertensive patients (on regular drugs) scheduled to undergo laparoscopic procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 2. Uncontrolled hypertension 3. Any degree of heart block 4. Cardiac dysfunction (low ejection fraction state) 5. Impaired Kidney function 6. Impaired hepatic function 7. Patients on clonidine, alpha methyl dopa, Mao inhibitors 8. Patients allergic to Mgso4,clonidine, or dexmedtomidine
