Inclusion criteria: Adolescents and young adults aged between 10 to 25 years willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents and young adults who were not part of ORANGE-PHASE I study

To study the incidence and prevalence of glucose intolerance, metabolic syndrome PCOS and fatty liver among adolescents.Timepoint: 12-18 months

To study the effectiveness of a school based (co- curriculum) pilot intervention model to prevent obesity and diabetes among adolescents aged 10-13 years in a school setting.Timepoint: 10-12 months
