Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status grade I or II adult patients, scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious abnormality of the airway requiring awake tracheal intubation 2. Post burn contracture neck, neck swelling 3. Interâ??incisor distance 4. Patients at increased risk of aspiration 5. Unstable cervical spine
