Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Evaluation of effect of pantoprazole and famotidine on neuromuscular blockade of vecuronium in terms of total duration of blockade.Timepoint: After giving general anaesthesia through out the operation peripheral nerve stimulator will placed and neuromuscular blockade will be measured. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Evaluation of effect of pantoprazole and famotidine on neuromuscular blockade of vecuronium in terms of onset of blockade, recovery duration.Timepoint: evaluation of blockade and total duration of blockade starting from general anaesthesia to reversal of anaesthesia neuromuscular blockade will be measured by peripheral nerve stimulator and individual drug level in blood by HPLC. | — |
