Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa1&2 physical status Patients undergoing procedure requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal incubation lasting >2hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Patients with known chronic respiratory disease Pts undergoing cardiac thorasic neurosurgical procedures Surgery with significant changes in hemodynamics
