Intervention1: PATIENT WITH PRIMARY INFERTILITY WITH PCOS: PATIENT RECEIVING STAIR STEP REGIMEN. THE DOSE FROM 50 MG TILL 150 MG IS GIVEN WITHIN 1 MONTH. 50 MG 5 DAYS AS EACH CYCLE, 3 CYCLES IN A MONT

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: DIAGNOSIS OF PCOD AS PER ROTTERDAM CRITERIA. INFERTILITY DIAGNOSED 1YR OF UNPROTECTED COITUS WITHOUT PREGNANCY. NORMAL TSH AND PROLACTIN NORMAL HUSBAND SEMEN ANALYSIS WITHIN 2 MONTHS NORMAL HYSTEROSALPHINGOGRAPHY AND OR HYSTEROLAPAROSCOPY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: FAILURE TO MENTRUATE FOLLOWING PROGESTERONE ADMINISTARTION. INCREASE RISK TO BENEFIT USE OF CLOMIPHENE. ANATOMICAL DEFECT OF UTERINE CAVITY DETECTED BY SONOGRAPHY. KNOWN TUBAL FACTOR OF INFERTILITY. KNOWN LIVER DYSFUNCTION.
