Intervention1: Tendon Dry Needling: Insertion of Thin Dry Needle into the Shortened Muscles Tendon to Elicit Golgi Tendon Induced Reflex Relaxation and to Reduce Pain during the Active Free Exercises.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Post Traumatic Elbow Stiffness Minimum 25 Degree of Elbow Extension Lack 1-3 Weeks of Elbow Immobilization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malunited Fracture Unstable Fracture Reduction Gout Arthritis Rheumatoid Arthritis Bleeding Disorders Tendon and Muscle Tear of Elbow Joint Unwilling Participant Patients Undergone Joint Manipulation Intra-articular Adhesion Formation

MeasureTime frame
1. Pain intensity will assessed using Visual Analog Scale. 2. Elbow Extension Lack Elbow and Forearm Range of Motion will be Assessed using Universal Goniometer 3. Upper Limb Function Will be Assessed using Quick DASH QuestionnaireTimepoint: All Outcome Variables Will Be Assessed Over The Period of 6 Weeks
