Conditions

Health Condition 1: null- Patients suffering from Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus without any complicatins like neuropathy, nephropathy and retinopathy.

Interventions

Intervention1: Triguna Balijarita makaradhwaja(TBM): Triguna Balijarita Makaradhwaja 14.63 mg and Guduchi Ghana 235.73mg. in capsule bid form for 28 days Intervention2: Shadguna Balijarita Makaradhwaj

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Madhumeha as described in Ayurvedic classic Charaka Samhita and patients having sign and symptoms of Type II Diabetes Mellitus will be selected for the present study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes Mellitus Type I and patients havoing Secondary complications of Diabets Mellitus Type II
