Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group 18-40 years 2. Pell and Gregory Class II with position A would be minimum selection criteria. 3. Third molar involved should be free of caries, extensive periodontal disease, pain, or other inflammatory symptoms at the time of operation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with immunocompromised status, uncontrolled systemic disease, presence of infection, pregnancy or lactation. 2. Absolute contraindications to corticosteroid use like patients with tuberculosis, active viral or fungal infections, active acne vulgaris, and primary glaucoma, a history of acute psychosis or psychopathic tendencies and allergies.
