Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood sugar Fasting: >126 mg/dl Postprandial >200 mg/dl < 350 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Below 30 and above 65 years. 2. Malignant and accelerated hypertensive. 3. Pregnant woman and planning to be pregnant within 3 month. 4. Lactating mother 5. Diabetes mellitus with serious complications like Nephropathy, CAD etc.
