Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult males or females with atrophic acne scars of grades 2,3 and 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Age less than 12 years and greater than 60 years. • Pregnant and lactating women. • Active acne. • Coexisting inflammation in adjacent skin secondary to dermatological diseases such as psoriasis, lichen planus, eczemas, acne. • Keloidal tendency. • On isotretinoin for last 6 months to 1 year. • Patients with unrealistic expectations or psychiatric illnesses. • Preexisting bleeding disorder, renal or hepatic diseases.
