Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with tubal factor infertility with hydrosalpinx (bilateral) suitable for in-vitro-fertilization 2. Women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women >39 years 2. Endometriosis 3. Prior surgery on the ovaries 4. PCOS 5. Poor ovarian reserves (FSH >12 mIU/ml, AMH 6. Abnormal uterine cavity contraindicating IVF such as adenomyosis, uterine synechiae, thin endometrium 7. Any contraindication for laparoscopic surgery 8. Patient not willing to give consent.
