Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Posted for non-cardiac surgery 2. Patients given general anaesthesia with Endotracheal tube or LMA (Laryngeal mask airway) 3. Patients given central neuraxial blockade (SAB, CSE) 4. Patients given TIVA (Total intravenous anaesthesia)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obstetric patients

MeasureTime frame
1.To know the incidence of dysrhythmias in the perioperative period. 2. To analyse the factors precipitating / leading to the dysrhythmias. 3. To find relationship between choice of anaesthesia and occurrence of dysrhythmias. 4. To study the effect of dysrhythmias.Timepoint: 1.To find specific time during the perioperative period when patient is vulnerable to dysrhythmias.

1.To formulate a plan regarding when and how to treat the dysrhythmias.Timepoint: 1.The response to treatment of dysrhythmias.
