Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing for the study. •All the patients presenting with circumscribed patch of hair loss without any signs of inflammation or scarring. •Patients who have not taken any treatment for alopecia areata during the last 3 months. •Patients age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patients who are not willing for the study. •Patients with platelet count •Patients with pregnancy or lactation. •Extensive lesions (more than 5 lesions) or with secondary infection.

HAIR REGROWTH AS MEASURED BY HAIR REGROWTH SCALE AND DERMOSCOPIC CHANGES.Timepoint: 3rd,6th,9th and 12th week
