Intervention1: Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy: It is the kind of weight reduction surgery where stomach capacity is reduced. this surgery is completed laparoscopically so lesser complicated with it.
max 75 microgram, intravenously at 30 minutes prior to induction of anaesthesia.
Control Intervention6: Ondansetron: Ondansetron is 5HT3 antagonist, routinely use to prevent and treat nausea and vomit

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA status 1 to 3 Body mass index more than 32.5 Planned for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Body mass index (BMI) less than 32.5 Severe pulmonary obstruction or restriction Decompensated cardiac disease Deranged renal function tests Liver dysfunction History of allergy to study drugs Ventilator support for >=8 hours in postoperative period.
