Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adults aged 18-65 years undergoing elective surgery under regional or general anesthesia in general surgery, GI surgery, Urology, Orthopedic surgery. Patients admitted at least 24 hours prior to the surgery and who will be for at least 24 hours post operatively shall be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refuse to give the consent for participating in the study. Pregnant patients and those with psychiatric illness, patients unable to speak or comprehend post operatively shall also be excluded
