Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism and thyroid peroxidase antibody negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with bad obstetric history 2. patients with TSH 4.5 mIU/ml or more at entry point 3. patient having TSH less than 0.1 or more than 4.5 mIU/ml during study
