Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II , Height 150-170cms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient unwilling for consent 2) Patient with Thyroid disorder 3) Patient with severe cardiopulmonary disease 4) Patient requiring transfusion of blood and blood products 5)Endoscopic urological procedures 6)Pregnancy 7)BMI >30 kg/m2 8)Contraindication for central neuraxial blockade 9) Coaugulopathy , H/O any allergy to local anaesthetic
