Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CTTH patients attending neuro OPD during the periods of study. 2. CTTH Patients who are able to follow instructions. 3. CTTH Patients who are giving written consent for the study. 4. CTTH patients able to communicate in Hindi /English 5. CTTH patientâ??s age more than 18 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CTTH patients not willing to participate in the study. 2. CTTH patients who are not able to follow instructions. 3. CTTH patients diagnose with anxiety disorders and/or depressive disorders, substance dependence. 4. CTTH patients having H/o cognitive impairment or reporting of severe decline of memory. 5. Exhibiting musculoskeletal problems that might affect PMR training. 6. Not willing to concentrate for 25 minutes duration at a time. 7. CTTH patients not able to perform the exercises for specified duration either due to any illness 8. CTTH patients following other than conventional therapy by physician
