Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with closed tibial plateau fracture of age group 15 to 60 year admitted in our hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1]Patients of age group 60 year. 2]Patient with pathologic fracture, open fracture, significant pre-existing degenerative joint disease, severe head injury (initial Glasgow coma scale score of 3]Patients not willing to participate in study.
