Inclusion criteria: Elective intracranial surgery for brain tumors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Endocrinological dysfunction, Cardiac, respiratory or renal disease Repeat intracranial surgery GCS <15
