Primary

MeasureTime frame
To quantify the effect of yogaâ??based lifestyle intervention at genetic level by gene expression analysis of TNFα,IL-6, MRPL43, Nuclear factor Erythroid 2 (NFE2) as well as the telomere length and telomerase enzyme activity .Timepoint: 12 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
