Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SUBJECTS COMPLAINT ON SHOULDER NECK UPPERBACK REGION COMPLAINT OF MORETHAN 3 WEEKS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: RECENT TRAUMA OVER THE NECK SHOULDER AND UPPERBACK, MALIGNANCY OVER THIS REGION, INFECTION / INFLAMMATORY JOINT DISEASES
