Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients >18 years of age 2.Patients fulfilling the definition of chronic spontaneous urticaria which is urticarial lesions occurring most days of the week (atleast 3 times a week) lasting for 6 weeks or more with no identifiable cause on history or examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients less than 18 years of age, 2. Patients unwilling to participate in the study, 3. Patients with physical, contact, drug-induced urticaria and urticarial vasculitis 4. Pregnant or breast-feeding females
