Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who would be included in the study group would have >= 5mm pocket in more than 30% of periodontal sites. 2.Radiographic evidence of bone loss in more than 30% of sites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non co-operative patients 2.Pregnant and lactating women 3.Patients with known allergy to materials and medications. 4.Patient with risk factors and risk modifiers.
