Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age group between 30-70 years of either sex 2 Patients on stable type 2 diabetes treatment 3 Patients who will be having positive readings for microalbuminuria for 2 readings in a gap of 90 days in type 2 Diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Type 1 diabetes 2 Increased serum urea &creatinine 3 Fatigue syndrome 4 Patients with UTI 5 Pregnant & Lactating mothers 6 Patients with other systemic disorders like IHD CKD TB AIDS 7 Patients who have a past history of MI stroke or severe Arrhythmia severe pulmonary dysfunction which interferes with the treatment will be excluded
