Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Noramal BMI volunteers for the GI testing without Family History of Diabetes 2.Overweight volunteers for the CGM study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any abnormal chronic conditions like CVD etc for both GI and CGM study 2. Overweight and obese participants for the Glycemic Index testing study
