Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Very low birth weight babies in nursery who are on 100ml/kg/day of breast milk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Major congenital malformation 2)Not reaching full feeds by day 21 of life 3)Babies who had NEC stage 3 4)Lack of parental consent
