Intervention1: Matra basti followed by Shaman.: By Dashmooladi tail 60ml/1day for 15 days. Shaman by Dashmooladi kwath 40ml/1day for 30 days. Control Intervention1: Shaman: Dashmooladi kwath 40ml/1day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having classical signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spine cancer, Major traumatic injury, Fibrosis of sacral ligaments,Tumor of cauda equina, Basti ayogya as per classics, Patients having age less than 20 years and more than 65 years.

All the signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi will be assigned score depending upone their severity to assess the effect of the drugs at the time of before treatment and after treatment.Timepoint: Time period was 45 Days.
