Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intervention _ acupressure for experimental group, Comparator - Control group will receive sham acupressure. 1.Patients who are on maintenance hemodialysis Biweekly/thrice in a week. 2.Patients who are willing to participate in the study 3. patients who are alert and able to verbally respond

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critically ill patients

changes in fatiguelevel, oxidative parameters, hematological biochemical parameters.Timepoint: changes in fatigue level,will be measured on at the time of enrolment,every 15 days from the time of enrolment as well as at the end of 8th week , oxidative parameters, hematological biochemical parameters. oxidative parameters, hematological biochemical parameters will be measured at the time of enrolment aswellas on the 8th week of enrollment.
