Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Both sexes above the age of 18 years. 2.Primary pterygium cases only 3.Patients willing for the use of amniotic membrane graft.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years. 2.Recurrent pterygium type. 3.Patient with known immunodeficiency status. 4.Secondarily infected lesions. 5.Patients not willing for the study
