Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with supratentorial brain tumor posted for craniotomy and excision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with Glasgow Coma Scale Patient with Midline shift >5mm in CT scan of brain Patient having moderate to severe pulmonary obstruction or restriction Patient having decompensated cardiac disease such as arrhythmias, ischemic or valvular heart disease.
