Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult ( > 18 years ) consenting family members/caregivers of nonsurviving patients in hospital 2. Family members/caregivers who has been primary care provider for the patient at least during month before death 3. Nonsurviving patients spent>=48 hours prior to death in hospital with the family member /caregiver

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family members not knowing the language of the questionnaire (English , Hindi or Marathi) 2. Having cognitive or cultural barriers to complete the questionnaire 3. Not giving consent
