Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II 15-65yrs of age Unilateral breast surgery done as day care procedure Duration of surgery 1-2hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III & IV Uncontrolled hypertension Bradycardia pulse rate Heart disease Patient refusal Bilateral breast surgeries
