Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: infero-lateral bladder wall tumor scheduled for TURBT operation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patient refusal to give consent • Pre-existing adductor muscle weakness • Coagulopathy • Infection at local site • Allergy to local anaesthetics
