Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing chemoport insertion- for chemotherapy for cancer treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: platelet count less than 50,000 fever local infection non-consenting malignancy involving thoracic wall known allergy to local anaesthetic drug
