Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community Health Workers who fall under the catchment area of Sakkalwara Community Mental Health Centre of NIMHANS will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Community health workers who have participated in a similar program earlier will be excluded from the study
