Inclusion criteria: MCA Territory Ischemic And Hemorrhagic Stroke Ability to participate 40 Minutes of Physiotherapy Session Acute Stroke Confirmed By CT Scan.

Exclusion criteria: Aphasia Cognitive Impairment Previous Stroke Related Disabilities
