Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Primi gravida mothers from Mangalore taluka admitted at Government Lady Goshen hospital for delivery • All neonates born to above primi gravida mothers by normal vaginal delivery • Newborns with weight of 2.5-4kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • High risk primigravida women
